Precision Under Pressure
Across a race weekend in Formula 1, teams operate in extreme heat, humidity, rain, noise and relentless time pressure. Every role is exposed. Every distraction is costly.
When we design Formula 1 teamwear, that is where we begin.
Our objective is not to make kit that looks fast.
It is to engineer kit that holds up when performance is under maximum strain and allows teams to operate with clarity, focus and intent.
For the 2026 season, our work with Oracle Red Bull Racing, BWT Alpine F1 Team, and our newest partner TGR Haas F1 Team is built on that same standard.
Three Teams. One Standard.
Each of our Formula 1 partners carries a distinct identity and our role is to respect that without compromising performance.
Oracle Red Bull Racing bring confidence and intensity.
Alpine embody modern refinement.
Haas represent disruption, ambition and shared values with Castore’s own journey.
Across all three, the foundation remains the same: precision engineering, refined construction and an uncompromising commitment to performance-led design.
Every season we evolve. Listening, learning and refining to ensure our teamwear meets the demands of the fastest, most exacting environment in sport.
These kits are not worn for what’s already been achieved.
They’re worn for the work still to come.
Built for Race Weekend Realities
Certain races define the season. Singapore among them where extreme heat, humidity and sudden downpours can unfold within a single day. These conditions shape every design decision we make.
“This teamwear has to perform in environments that change without warning,” says Castore’s Motorsport Product Design Manager. “The priority is distraction-free comfort, whatever the conditions.”
Protection against the elements consistently drives feedback from our partners. In response, this season marks the first time we formally introduce AERTEK sweat-wicking technology and PROTEK water-repellent treatments across our Formula 1 ranges.
These innovations are the result of extensive fabric testing and real-world validation. Ensuring breathability under heat, resilience in rain, and consistent performance across long operational days.
Designed Around the Role
Formula 1 teamwear is not one-size-fits-all.
Pit crews, engineers and operational staff move differently, work differently and face different pressures. Our designs reflect that.
Panel placement is mapped to real movement patterns. Mesh zones are integrated to support airflow in high-heat areas. Seams are minimised across points of friction to reduce irritation during repeated motion.
Trousers are engineered with equal care providing the storage teams need while ensuring construction details do not interfere with the car or equipment.
“A millisecond can change an outcome,” our designer explains. “The last thing a team member should be thinking about is their kit.”
Beyond function, presentation matters. All our partners emphasise the psychological impact of uniform and how smartness and cohesion reinforce focus and unity across a race weekend.
Identity, Engineered
Design in Formula 1 is never surface level. When performing in front of millions of fans all year round it has to carry meaning, intent and clarity without interfering with performance.
Across all three partners, our approach was the same: build design directly from team identity, then engineer it so it belongs on the grid.
For Oracle Red Bull Racing, we began with the iconography itself. The jacquard graphic is constructed from the outline of the Red Bull logo, drawn from the bulls and then merged with a technical, pixelated graphic language inspired by innovation and technology. This fusion reflects Red Bull’s position at the forefront of Formula 1. Anchored by the new Red Bull Blue colourway, the result is a design that feels energetic, progressive and unmistakably theirs.
With TGR Haas F1 Team, contrast does the work. Black and red, the team’s core colours are amplified to create a sharp, assertive visual identity. To build something uniquely Haas, we studied the angles within the team’s logo and translated them into a graphic detail across the sleeve cuffs. Subtle, but deliberate. A design cue that rewards attention and reinforces identity without excess.
For BWT Alpine F1 Team, clarity was key. The distinctive pink visual detail, drawn from Alpine’s title partnership with BWT is integrated directly into the kit, ensuring the partnership lives within the design itself, not just the branding. Following direct feedback from the team, the overall execution is clean, crisp and controlled, a refined expression that reflects Alpine’s modern elegance.
